For a guy, I take pretty long showers.
I like to get every tight spot.  And so on.

Before using the restroom, I always flush the toilet and clean the seat.  Even if just urination.

Toothbrush is in protective casing.  Nothing is around the sink.  I take things out of the cabinet as needed.

The little things.

But don't get me wrong.  My room is a mess.  I clean it one day, and the next, back to hell.  Just something about hygiene has to be right.
