Yeah, that was a little ridiculous--funny how it has gotten so much further than any efforts against President Bush. Of course, Bill Clinton did lie under oath, which was the main reason. (Why they were asking him about her under oath, I have no idea).

The senate can override any law with many votes.
A revolt by people and a senate who can overrun votes....do you really think a treacherous law Bush made giving him mercy could stop him from being charged with crimes, if politicians were to vote to impeach him?
no, he won't be able to escape if they take action against him.


checks and balance system. When he made this law it was basically like he was saying "I committed these crimes,but you can't arrest me" Wow I thought these were just rumors. I do hope he gets impeached. He's been really stupid. It had to happen some day. All those crimes are way too many. I didn't know it was this bad.
